Refund policy

We want every Little Bombs order to arrive perfectly. If something isn't right, please tell us — we're a small family business and we'll always try to put it right.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Hygiene and personal care items

Because bath bombs, shower steamers and paint kits are personal care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused. This protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Bath bombs are handmade and fragile. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not pay return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

Email caitlyn@littlebombs.co.za with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will reply with instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving your claim. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.

A note on handmade products

Every bath bomb is handmade in small batches in Pretoria, so small differences in colour, shape and size are completely normal and are not considered faults.
