Shipping policy

Every Little Bombs order is packed by hand in Pretoria and sent with care.

Delivery rates

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

• Standard delivery — R60
• FREE delivery on orders over R500

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Because every bath bomb is handmade in small batches, please allow 1–2 business days for us to make and pack your order before it is collected.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery may take a little longer to outlying areas and during busy periods such as Christmas and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is on its way we will email you a confirmation. If you have not received anything within 7 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional charge.

Damaged parcels

Bath bombs are fragile. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email a photo to caitlyn@littlebombs.co.za within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
